Maharashtra MHT CET 2024: Exam dates are revised
MHT CET PCB group exam 2024 will be held from April 22 to 30 and PCM exams from May 2 to 16.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra today changed the exam schedule for the MHT CET 2024 for LLB, engineering, nursing and other courses.
The MHT CET 2024 PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) group exam will be conducted from April 22 to 30 and the MHT CET PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) group 2024 will be conducted between May 2 and16. Earlier these exams were scheduled to be conducted between April 16 to 30.
The MHT CET exam dates have been revised likely because of the upcoming 18th Lok Sabha general election 2024 scheduled from April 19 to June 4, as several national-level and state-level examinations are being postponed for the same. However, the reason has not been specified in the notice.
The MHT CET 2024 registration began for the physics, chemistry, and math (PCM) and physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) groups on January 16 and continued till March 1. The application form correction window was open till March 22. After the application window is closed the admit card will be released ten days prior to the exam.
MHT CET – 2024 Revised Schedule is as follows;
- MHTCET – PCB Group: April 22, April 23, April 24, April 28, April 29, April 30
- MHTCET – PCM Group: May 2, May 3, May 4, *May 5, May 9, May 10, May 11, May 15, May 16
*MHT CET (PCM) exam may be rescheduled due to clash with NEET UG; there may be another revision of test dates soon.
The MHT CET admit cards 2024 will be released 10 days before the start of the exam date. Candidates who applied for the exam will be required to use the MHT CET login credentials — registration number and date of birth to access the CET 2024 admit cards. In case of any discrepancies in the admit card, they should immediately contact the concerned authorities.
